Nouela Johnston (of People Eating People) covers “Red Like Roses.”
I swear upon all that is holy that if you don’t start sobbing and rending your garments when you listen to this beautiful cover then you are a heartless, uncouth animal and I don’t even want to know you.
thenoiboi asked: THEY COVERED THE MOTHERFUCKING CITY BY THE GODDAMNED DISMEMBERMENT PLAN?!?!? ugh. life fail.
GURL, DID YOU SEE THE FUCKING VIDEO? Do you know how much I wept and lamented (but also maybe kind of shit my pants with joy) when I saw that? Why were we not at that show? SAD FUCKING TIMES. I need you to answer all of these questions for me because I’m in a vulnerable state of grief right now.

The Velvet Teen covers motherfucking Dismemberment Plan’s “The City” at their New Year’s Eve show last night @ Bottom of the Hill, SF.
I know for a fact there are several people who will legitimately dump in their pants when they see this video. Anyway, I need to go change my pants for reasons that are totally not related to me pooping myself. At all.
After TVT’s show with Minus the Bear at St. Andrews Hall in Michigan back in October, Kelly Caroline got a chance to pick Judah’s brain about a few subjects. She was awesome enough to share her show review and a transcript, which you can read below. Get to it, fools!
HEY BUTTHOLES!!!! DID YOU KNOW: tomorrow night is New Year’s Eve??? WELL, The Velveteens know. And to celebrate, they are gonna go HAM at Bottom of the Hill in SF accompanied by two of the most whismically-named bands I’ve ever seen, Happy Body Slow Brain and Fake Your Own Death! Doors at 8:30pm, show’s at 10, tickets are $17!
Do you require more information about this joyous event? Well, look at this Facebook shit right here!
Have a happy New Year’s Eve and a marginally pleasant 2012, darling Tumblrerers!

The song they’re playing here is a new one. I don’t know the title, but it’s listed as “GTRA” on their set lists.
